I’m a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders and helping people rebuild a more steady, trusting relationship with food. My approach is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in both clinical experience and real-life practicality.
I work with adults navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic underfueling. This includes anorexia, binge eating, and patterns that don’t always fit neatly into a diagnosis but still feel overwhelming. Many of my clients are also managing stress, life transitions, or health concerns alongside food struggles.
