Hi, I’m Sharon, a Washington State Credentialed Nutritionist and CNS Specialist Candidate specializing in working with adults with Disordered Eating, Digestive Issues (SIBO, IBS, GERD, Low FODMAP), Metabolic Conditions, Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, Endometriosis, HPA-Axis Dysregulation), and Autoimmunity. I use a holistic and integrative approach to help my clients build positive relationships with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and I believe in the importance of providing a personalized approach to nutrition care to support mind, body, and spirit.
