With over 17 years experience as a dietitian, I have a variety of personal and professional interests in maternal and pediatric nutrition. I'm a busy mom to 4 children who each have their own nutrition challenges. Because of this, I'm passionate about making nutrition practical by helping parents and families improve their meal planning and cooking skills.
