About
I am an enthusiastic practitioner, who loves working with people of all ages. I knew from my early days in high school that I wanted to be a dietitian, allowing me to work with people who were in recovery from disordered eating and eating disorders. It is important for me to build a relationship with my clients, meeting them where they are currently in their recovery. In working together, you will find that my approach is evidence-based, individualized, solution focused and empathetic.
I began my career in Chicago, working as a clinical dietitian in a higher level of care program including residential care, partial hospitalization programs and intensive outpatient programs. My practice includes working with those with eating disorders, mental health nutrition, gastrointestinal health/disorders, as well as heart and cardiovascular health.
I moved to Austin to escape the frozen winters and to take advantage of the vast natural resources. During my downtime you can find me enjoying stand-up paddle boarding, trying new coffee shops and food trucks, hanging out with my husband and son, and playing with my dogs and cat.
