I currently offer nutrition counseling which includes a personalized nutrition meal plan with unlimited options. I will also check-in weekly and closely monitor your progress via our Healthie app. You will have unlimited email and chat access to me with a 24-hour response time. I also like to evaluate body composition in office with clients monthly.
