I work with teen athletes to develop a nutrition plan tailored to address their unique needs and busy schedules, ensuring they receive adequate fuel to excel in training and performance without compromising health and development.

I help identify nutrition concerns and guide clients through evidence based solutions. My goal is to equip athletes, parents and coaches with the knowledge and tools they need for athletes to fuel properly, enhance training and performance, avoid injury, and lay a strong foundation for a long and successful sports career.
