About
Are you tired of dieting and looking to feel better, improve your health, and feel more confident about your body? I am a dietitian that focuses on creating long-term change by eliminating the restriction of dieting and instead focusing on your relationship with food and eating. I use principles of Intuitive Eating, Mindfulness, and couple this with core nutritional foundations. The result is not a diet or restriction, but instead small lifestyle changes that feel empowering and maintainable. My goal is create an atmosphere for clients that is both supportive and nonjudgmental of your individual goals. Change IS possible!
Using principles of Intuitive Eating we will take a non-diet approach to help you achieve all of your health related goals. Each session is catered around what you want to focus on, without the pressures of dieting, judgment, or being told what to do. My goal as a practitioner is to help you to enjoy eating without stress, guilt, or restriction.
If you're looking to break free from the constant yo-yo dieting and learn skills that will be life-changing, I encourage you to reach out for a free consultation. Virtual appointments available. I look forward to hearing from you!
