Since 2008, I have been providing individual and group nutrition counseling to adolescents and adults who struggle with eating disorders. My goal is to challenge your eating disordered thinking so that you can find food freedom and live a healthier and happier life.
I offer in-person and online nutrition counseling sessions for adolescents and adults with eating disorders. I will work collaboratively with you to develop an individualized meal plan (if appropriate), provide nutrition education, and help challenge your food fears and weight hang-ups. Metabolic testing and weekly meal plan coaching is also available.
I am licensed to treat clients who reside in Wisconsin, Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Online and in-person sessions available. I am currently accepting new clients.
