I’m passionate about helping people feel confident and at ease with food and their bodies. Whether you’re navigating disordered eating, pregnancy and postpartum changes, or managing nutrition‑related conditions like diabetes, PCOS, or gastrointestinal concerns, my goal is to make nutrition feel supportive rather than stressful. Using Intuitive Eating, Medical Nutrition Therapy, and a weight‑inclusive approach, I guide clients toward building a positive, sustainable relationship with food that truly fits their life.
From May to October, I lead Seeds of Strength at Ash & Birch Counseling, offering individual garden‑based nutrition counseling sessions in our community garden. Through hands‑on experiences with growing and preparing food, I help individuals connect with nourishment in ways that support both physical and emotional health.
I’ve also completed advanced training through the Early Life Nutrition Alliance and hold certificates in Fertility Nutrition and Nutrition for Pregnancy, which allow me to provide specialized care during the important stages of conception, pregnancy, and postpartum. Nutrition care that empowers—available in office, virtual, or in a garden setting.
