We've had the experience of working in the hospital setting and are very familiar with renal, gastrointestinal, liver, and lipid diseases. We have experience with disordered eating and the struggles of weight loss.
As a hispanic dietitian, I understand the importance of food within our culture. Because of this fluency, I bring about the changes necessary to lead a healthy lifestyle while still consuming the foods we love.
