I love working with individuals to help them improve their relationship with food while promoting a positive body image. I believe in a non-diet approach centered around the principles of Health At Every Size (HAES), Intuitive Eating, and mindfulness. Everyone is different and so I am always working to customize treatment for each client to help guide them towards a peaceful relationship with food.
I help individuals with eating disorders and those with weight & body image concerns to improve their relationships with food. Eating disorders and dieting make food anything but pleasurable, but recovery is possible. You can enjoy ALL foods in a way that nourishes your body and your social and emotional health.
