As a nutrition expert, I know that diet culture destroys our innate ability to listen to our bodies and causes disordered and emotional eating. I want to help you to mend your relationship with food and body. As a mom, I know that it’s our common goal to raise healthy humans. I also know all of the pressures we face to be perfect, look good, and eat right, all while balancing your family’s needs. My mission is to help you break the generational cycle of restrictive eating and body hatred so you can raise body confident kids who have a healthy relationship with food! I am a Registered Dietitian, living and practicing in Madison, Wisconsin. I am also a mom, educator, foodie, athlete, yogi, and advocate for health across the life-span.
I offer one-on-one virtual sessions with my clients. Most of my clients struggle with dieting, emotional eating, binge eating and we work together to untangle your messy relationship with food so you can spend your precious energy elsewhere and take care of your body the way it deserves to be taken care of.
