Everyone deserves peace with food and their body and I have hope that it is possible for you. I enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community, with a special interest in transgender and gender-affirming care. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I am thoughtful about the intersectionality between this community, eating disorders, and body image concerns. I understand the complex relationships we have with our bodies and strive to help others untangle the different systems of oppression and societal factors that play a role in how we see ourselves.
I provide a weight-inclusive approach to eating disorder recovery that focuses on behaviors, not weight or numbers, as the key to lasting health. I am here to help clients discover their value & worth beyond food, body, and the scale, so they can find health and wellness from a place of intuition versus external validation.
Recovery looks different for everyone, and I am committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and accessible space where you can show up as your authentic self. I provide sessions through telehealth and take various insurances, so if it feels like the right time to get support, please reach out. I look forward to meeting you!
