About
As a nutrition scientist and registered dietitian, my goal is to help you pin-point the current challenges you are facing with your health and nutrition. Through remote Telehealth services, we will work together to create actionable steps towards long-term healthy habits. Whether that means understanding how to improve exercise performance as an athlete, finding a meal pattern that improves digestive symptoms, managing chronic disease and more.
I use evidence-based research and real-life tools to help design eating patterns and meal ideas to support your lifestyle changes. My training is in sports nutrition, fueling exercise and learning to manage your chronic diseases including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, kidney disease and liver disease.
My mission is to help you learn how to enjoy a whole-food, nutrient-dense, diet pattern that incorporates foods to help you feel your best. Diet is so important for our day-to-day energy levels, mental health, and gut health. I focus less on calories and more on eating intuitively so that you can find joy in dietary changes and meet your nutrition goals.
