I'm a functional medicine Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and real food advocate who takes a whole-person, root-cause, evidence-based approach to wellness. I help women with digestive issues and autoimmune conditions identify the root causes behind their symptoms so they can heal and have vibrant health. Unlike a one-size-fits-all approach filled with guesswork and inconsistent support, I use advanced functional lab tests to create your unique treatment plan focusing on personalized nutrition, targeted supplements, and supportive lifestyle practices.
