I work with clients who struggle with their relationship with food and their body, want to establish positive habits centered around food, and who are ready to make peace with their health! I take an anti-diet, intuitive eating-based approach to my counseling to help you determine what your ideal picture of health looks like. Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans.
