Queen of Hearts Nutrition is a telehealth/virtual nutrition practice committed to providing medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education. We conduct all nutrition counseling sessions using a HIPAA-compliant virtual platform. We offer our nutrition services at flexible times, including evenings and weekends. We are committed to forming relationships with patients looking to manage chronic diseases, lose or maintain their weight, receive nutrition education on meal planning, and much more. Queen of Hearts Nutrition is owned and operated by a registered dietitian and chef.

I consider myself a family practice dietitian. Much like a family practice physician or primary care provider, I have a wide range of experience helping people manage a many challenges. I chose the name Outside In Nutrition because it reflects my outlook on what I do. I believe if most of what we eat comes from a whole food plant-based diet, we will thrive. I love serving my local community here in Atlanta, but also have the capacity to work throughout the state of Georgia since I work virtually.
