Amanda Diede is a master's level Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 7+ years experience working with eating disorders. She is truly passionate about this work and believes recovery from an eating disorder is possible for everyone. Amanda specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating, female athlete triad, chronic dieting, intuitive eating, mindful eating, hypothalamic amenorrhea, and mood & anxiety disorders.

Sound Dietitians brings the nutrition expertise of a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to you. We have RDNs in various locations around the Puget Sound region and can meet with individual clients for customized nutrition counseling. We partner with clinics and facilities to make Medical Nutrition Therapy accessible and convenient.
