My name is Gay Riley. As a functional nutritionist my job is to guide you to "take control of your health". Whether you are managing a chronic medical condition, struggling with physical symptoms you cant seem to resolve, or striving to acheive a health and fitness goal I can help. We look for the source of the symptom (s), using your history, lifestyle, who you are, genomics and advanced tests to design a personalized plan just for you. Do you have a chronic health condition such as IBS, Migraines, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, eczema, or others? Since 80% of your immune system is in the gut, foods can act as "triggers" causing inflammation, pain, diarrhea and more. Your immune system is as unique as a fingerprint, so there is no one-size-fits all solution. What might give one person a migraine doesn't necessarily give someone else a migraine. I personalize my approach by combining nutrition, laboratory analysis and supplements (if needed). Most importantly I listen. You know your body better than anyone. I teach you to manage your food like a financial manager teaches you to manage your money. All food is fair game, just how much and how often is the question. Your meal plan is a balanced meal plan and it allows you to eat at any location, home, restaurant, at friends. You have to manage your food during your life. This is what I teach you on a one-on -one consultation. I teach you the program, and give you the tools to be successful, ie. menus, snack ideas, calculations, food journal.

The overall combined knowledge gained as a biochemist and registered dietitian helped me to understand the core of one’s body’s healing mechanism and epigenetic approach in nutritional healing.

Angela has been a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist since 2007. She has a certificate of training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. This means that Angela takes a holistic approach looking at all parameters of a person's health to personalize a specific plan. Angela specializes in digestive health and plant-based nutrition as she has personally experienced issues with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and altered hormones that have been helped with the use of holistic evidence-based nutrition.

You’ll hear me say this all the time because I truly believe it: all foods fit. There are no “good” and “bad” foods. The only time I’m going to tell you not to eat something is if you’re allergic to it or if it has mold on it. Other than that, all foods fit! Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

Maria-Paula's interest in nutrition started during her high-school years when she visited a Registered Dietitian in her native country of Ecuador. At that time, she realized her passion - helping others achieve their goals through healthy eating. Maria-Paula decided to embark on a journey and enrolled at Texas Woman's University to pursue her goals. As a Dietitian, Maria-Paula has been working with families from the start. She has provided services at Head Start, WiC, the NICU at Parkland Hospital and Children's Health.
