I am a registered dietitian nutritionist who specializes in sports nutrition (CSSD). I am passionate about practical nutrition and creating a plan that works for you and your family. Through my appointments at Kroger, we have the unique opportunity to discuss your nutrition goals in the office, followed by shopping and practicing in the store! I ran into many roadblocks and could not find anyone who specialized in plant-based nutrition to help. This is what led to my focus on vegan/plant-based nutrition.
