I usually see clients who have already tried mainstream medical care and are just not finding the relief they sought. They know there is more work to do however, they are possibly not being heard by their current healthcare providers or not at their optimal state of health that they know they can feel or once felt.

I am an eating disorder dietitian and I work with clients to explore food freedom and body liberation in a world where these things can be difficult to find. I create a non-judgmental space and build trust with those I work with through shared decision making, curious and creative exploration, and my own authentic and vulnerable communication. Hello there! I’m Jackie and I see clients 1:1 in my virtual private practice.
