You are the only one that has lived in your body, meaning that you have invaluable experience and wisdom about your own needs. Come with your questions, challenges and goals and we will create a game plan together. Sessions with me are warm and casual. I try to bring levity and laughter into the (virtual) room - but you get to be the judge of my jokes. I practice from an anti-diet, weight inclusive framework.

She holds a current position as a full time outpatient dietitian at a top-hospital in Chicago. After completing her undergraduate nutrition degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) she wanted to expand her knowledge and pursue a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Wellness. Alex's goal is to help people adopt sustainable healthy habits even for the busiest of lifestyles without sacrificing their relationship with food.

Angela has been a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist since 2007. She has a certificate of training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. This means that Angela takes a holistic approach looking at all parameters of a person's health to personalize a specific plan. Angela specializes in digestive health and plant-based nutrition as she has personally experienced issues with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and altered hormones that have been helped with the use of holistic evidence-based nutrition.

Hi! I am Rachael, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a focus on gastrointestinal health and sports nutrition as well as overall wellness. I have experience in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient counseling, and higher education. I have a BA in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and an MS in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. Living with GI disorders is difficult and I want to help my patients get out of pain and feel healthy again. I have a certificate from Monash University in low FODMAP-Diet instruction, which is used in IBS.

Stacey Simon is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a passion for serving the adult and older adult population. I am a Registered Dietitian licensed to practice in Illinois. I received my Bachelors in Nutrition Science with a minor in biological sciences from University of Illinois at Chicago. As an undergrad I participated in research related to diabetes, weight loss, physical activity and public health. I completed 1200 hours of supervised clinical training from Uchicago Medicine Ingalls memorial Dietetic Internship program. During my training I did research on nutrigenomics, diabetes, and weight loss.

She attended Dominican University, where she completed her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics as well as her MS in Nutrition. Spanning her career, Natalie has worked with a wide variety of individuals, from adolescents to adults with varying health conditions. It was after working with a private practice group in Chicago that Natalie discovered her passion for helping those suffering with eating disorders or years of disordered eating patterns repair their relationship with food.

Kelsey is a CDR Board- certified Registered Dietitian. Kelsey graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in dietetics. She has over 8 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling in both inpatient and tele-health settings. I am a Registered dietitian and Integrative and Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFNCP). I have over 25 years experience in both academic and clinical dietetics.
