Welcome, I am so glad you're here! I am a Registered Dietitian located in New Jersey. I specialize in providing nutrition counseling for individuals who have eating disorders and disordered eating. I am also thrilled to work with those who might not fall into the previous categories but are looking for a better way to explore nutrition, their health and find a way of eating and living that is individualized and feels best for them. I provide primarily virtual services at this time. I am an anti- diet dietitian! This means I don’t prescribe diets unless you have a medical condition that requires specific medical nutrition therapy.

My name is Julien, and I am a Registered Dietitian with a masters in nutrition education. I have extensive experience working in a clinical setting with all age groups, ethnicities, genders, and medical conditions. In the outpatient facility, we can discuss in great detail what it will take to get you on the right path towards your personal goal.

Why would someone want to work with me? What makes me different? I believe that each client is a person not what ails them at the time they are seeking help. Clients I treat as individuals and there is not one protocol or approach for each person. I usually see clients who have already tried mainstream medical care and are just not finding the relief they sought. They know there is more work to do however, they are possibly not being heard by their current healthcare providers or not at their optimal state of health that they know they can feel or once felt.
