My true passion lies in helping people to reconnect with their bodies and cultivate a balanced, sustainable relationship with food.
As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I work alongside my clients to help them break free from diet culture, build a positive mindset around food, and embrace a lifestyle that promotes physical and mental well-being.
