My name is Rebekah Cook, and I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist-Consultant. I have taught intuitive eating to people with disordered eating for over twenty-five years at the following locations: Center for Change, Pepperdine University, MonteNido Treatment Center, The Eating Disorder Center of California, New Directions Eating Disorder Treatment Center, and La Ventana. I have also done internet/telehealth counseling for the past twenty years. I am available to work with you in Utah, California, Nevada, and Arizona online through a HIPAA-approved video portal or via phone at a time and place that is convenient for you.
I primarily work with people who have disordered eating. Together we can set goals to get you to where you would like to be.
