Hello! I am a Massachusetts-based Registered Dietitian with the group practice, Karuna Wellness Studio, who sees clients both virtually and in-person in the Karuna office in Norwood, MA. Karuna offers nutrition counseling and personal training through a non-diet, weight-neutral approach, integrative the pillars of lifestyle medicine into our core services. I joined the team from from WIC, where I gained a passion for pediatric nutrition, supporting families with all things related to infant and child feeding, while education through an intuitive eating and HAES-friendly lense.
I have a particular passion for providing nutrition support around picky eating, allergies, and introducing solids and also enjoys helping women navigate nutrition during the prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum periods. In my free time, you can find me at the gym lifting weights, hiking, or trying out new local restaurants!
