About
Hello! My name is Rebecca and I am a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Nutritionist, and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist located in Bozeman, Montana. Is your relationship status with food "complicated"? Nourishing your body does not have to be but unfortunately we live in a society full of misinformation and misguided beliefs about food and nutrition. I will help you sort through this misinformation and help you to heal your relationship with food and your body.
I earned my BS in Health and Human Development from Montana State University and completed my dietetic internship at Idaho State in Pocatello, Idaho. I worked as a clinical dietitian in several area hospitals in and around Austin, Texas for over ten years and then returned to my home state of Montana where I gained experience working with eating disorders.
Having struggled with my own history of disordered eating, I understand the challenges one faces when working towards recovery. I use my past experiences paired with evidenced based therapies to help clients improve their relationship with food.
