Hi there! I'm Rachel, and I'm a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping my clients improve their health through a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness. I focus primarily on relationship to food and body with an all-foods-can-fit mindset. I specialize in disordered eating and women's health, and have experience in many other conditions including hormone health, digestive health, diabetes, cholesterol, osteoporosis, autoimmune conditions, and general weight management.
I work with clients in all lifestages and offer additional resources including meal planning, grocery store tours, virtual meal/cooking support, and pantry audits. I conduct my individual counseling sessions virtually with the primary goal to provide a safe space for you to come as you are and reach your health goals together!
