I primarily work with women from the ages of 21-45 who are struggling with depression, anxiety, fertility issues, life issues, and unhappiness. While working together we are able to find an individualized plan that will suit your needs. We will use foods, handouts, cooking demonstrations, goals, and other healing techniques to assist you in becoming the person you always dreamed you could be!
I work with people who are feeling unhappy, depressed, anxious, have immune issues, or struggle with fertility and are looking for a change in their life. Through nutrition and other tools we work to improve mood, weight, and life's challenges in a fun and loving atmosphere.
I have recently had my 2 children via IVF. I have included nutrition for fertility. I offer an anti-inflammatory detox program in order to jump start weight loss, clear up asthma, arthritis, digestive disorders (IBS), skin conditions, and overall well being. This process allows for the liver to be detoxified and promotes overall health.
