I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft helping clients whom have PCOS, interests in Pre/PostPartum nutrition, Gestational Diabetes, Diabetes, or Weight Management. I help clients to craft personalized, attainable, and sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes that support their health. By collaboratively designing small, impactful steps that preserve quality of life and promote personal choice, I help my clients achieve their goals from better blood sugar control to increased energy.

Dietitians On Demand is a team of Registered Dietitians based in Virginia. Our team of 15 highly qualified nutrition professionals focus on many diseases and conditions. We are now bringing dietitian services directly to you via telehealth! We have the resources and insights of our team of dietitians, and deliver top-notch care directly to your home! Our team can collaborate with your other healthcare providers to share notes and feedback from our sessions. Collectively we can provide a level of nutrition counseling that will help you achieve results and improve your health.

Meet Anna, a Registered Dietitian who is Board Certified in Renal Nutrition and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Anna’s approach to her clients' health and wellness is designed to instill confidence and empowerment in their nutrition choices. She adopts a collaborative team approach to sessions, acknowledging that you are the expert in your own body and life. Anna will guide you toward achieving sustainable changes aimed at meeting your overall health goals!

I work with clients to find peace with their relationship to food and body. I focus on eating disorders, disordered eating, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), GI issues (Crohn's disease, IBS) and other health concerns. I work in a weight-inclusive lens, which can mean we don't focus on the scale in order to improve your conditions. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, and especially enjoy working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC, and those with multiracial identities. I believe everybody deserves inclusive care that centers their lived experiences.

Telehealth appointments currently available for anyone in Colorado. I work with those struggling with an eating disorder, chronic dieting, a picky eating child, weight loss, or diabetes. I help individuals and their families achieve an optimal health while relieving stress around food.
