Hi! I’m Ria (she/her). I’m a registered dietitian with more than a decade of experience helping clients develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. My goal is to help people rediscover the joy of eating and develop attunement with their body and needs. Connecting with our authentic self is life-long work, and I’m honored to be a part of people's journeys.

Kristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) who has worked with clients of all age groups in a variety of settings for over 30 years. She believes compassion, empathy, and encouragement are the greatest markers of care. She is passionate about helping clients improve quality of life while managing health concerns and understanding how the body works.

I’m an anti-diet dietitian who balances the importance of scientifically based, evidence driven practice and the realities of day-to-day living. I earned my B.S. in Nutrition from San Diego State University and later completed a Masters and Dietetic Internship at Simmons University in Boston, MA where I specialized in eating disorders and sports nutrition. As a former athlete, I recognize the importance of nutrition to fuel performance, but also understand that food is much more than just fuel. I work with clients to find that balance for themselves, to listen to their bodies, and to learn to trust themselves.

Alexis works closely with clients in both individual and group settings to help them integrate healthy behaviors into their daily life to achieve their health, wellness, and sports performance goals. She believes that nutrition is not a one size fits all approach and she is passionate about working with clients to develop an individualized plan that is practical and sustainable.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, whose practice is guided by the empirical principles of “Health At Every Size” (HAES). I believe that respecting all persons in all bodies is the weight-inclusive, compassionate, self-care approach to wellness that achieves the most affirmative outcomes.

Alison holds a specialized focus in eating disorders, and has a passion for working with folks on intuitive eating, body image, and those with PCOS.

Carolyn happily serves individuals in their journeys to nourish, move, create balance and be well as a third-generation Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size (HAES) Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She believes that behavioral changes along with mindful and intuitive eating patterns are crucial to long-term health and optimal quality of life.
