For example, spinach or chicken may be toxic to my patient but healthy to someone else. Welcome to Nutrition Counseling of New England! Where I have the honor of working with individual clients, families, and worksites. I help individuals who are looking to quit dieting for good and instead heal their relationship with food. My clients learn how to healthfully prepare their favorite foods and enjoy them fully! I became a dietitian in 2013 because of a strong interest and passion for food. That passion for food started in my teens and ultimately fueled my decision to go to culinary school. Hi! My name is Lauren and I am an RD that specializes in eating disorder recovery and disordered eating recovery. If you have been restricting your whole life and feel like you do not know where to start, I am your girl! I help adults and adolescents heal their relationship with food and their bodies. I was a Lead Dietitian at a successful ED recovery center and now I help clients virtually on their journey of disordered eating or eating disorder recovery.
