MaryRose Brown is a passionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian committed to empowering individuals on their journey to a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. With a foundation rooted in a weight-inclusive and "all foods fit" philosophy, she firmly believes that everybody deserves respect, care, and nourishment. MaryRose's approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based techniques. She applies a Family-Based Treatment (FBT) approach when working with children, adolescents, and their families, emphasizing the importance of involving the entire family unit in the process.

Jessica specializes in working with PCOS, Disordered/Eating Disorders, Infertility Nutrition, Pre/Post Partum, Hormonal Imbalances, and other areas. She believes that a diet should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. She works with her clients to identify their goals, understand their lifestyle and preferences, and create a plan that fits their unique needs. Jessica also recognizes that food is more than just fuel for the body – it is often tied to emotions, memories, and cultural traditions. As such, she helps her clients to build a positive relationship with food.

Kristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues, Crohn's, Celiac, and interested in Weight Management. Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness.
