My name is Kelsey and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in Southern California. 8 years ago, I became a Registered Dietitian with the goal of using nutrition to improve quality of life for others. Randi Andres is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, PCOS, and Digestive Issues. Her passion is to help clients cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Through a non-diet, weight inclusive philosophy, Randi enjoys providing the tools and support to clients so that they can learn to nourish their bodies in a safe, non-judgmental, and enjoyable way. She believes that through integrating the principles of intuitive eating and health at every size, everyone can and deserves to achieve food freedom.

All clients are ideal...they come with their own individual nutrition issues. As a Registered Dietitian it is my hope that we can come up with a plan of action to meet their needs. By giving the client time to communicate what they have been dealing with and coming up with goals together....the support can come in a gentle and nurturing environment. Many clients come in not knowing what to expect or are scared of making changes. That is not unusual. Helping them see what they can accomplish and breaking it down into manageable pieces can decrease the anxiety of coming in.

Clients who seek to work with Amy have often pursued other avenues of nutrition management, including diets, traditional meal plans, and other healthcare professionals as a means to meet their goals. Frequently, Amy provides a more in-depth examination of external tools, and encourages clients to inquire within and challenge themselves to view their food and their relationship with the body and self differently. In our current health climate, Amy also sees a number of clients who seek to address gastrointestinal conditions and autoimmune issues that interfere with feeding themselves and promote or encourage disordered eating.

We are highly experienced non-diet and weight-inclusive dietitians. We treat all conditions including eating disorders, diabetes, heart disease, women's health issues, allergies, family nutrition, intuitive eating and more. We are currently accepting new 1:1 clients via in office and telehealth. We are in-network with IEHP, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of CA, and Health Net.
