Hi, I’m Kristie. I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist. I'm passionate about helping others nourish their bodies, minds, and spirits in ways that are rewarding and without judgment. I provide weight-neutral nutrition support to help clients heal from eating disorders and chronic dieting, PCOS and women’s health.
