I started my career in clinical nutrition with a weight loss of over 70 lbs. Since then, I have obtained my graduate degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and am currently on the board of directors of the National Lipid Association and the Clinical Nutrition Coordinator at the NYU School of Medicine. Courtney has over six years of experience working in both in-patient and out-patient nutrition settings, specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, intuitive eating. She practices at a Health At Every Size lens and an all foods fit mindset.
