I am a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience in clinical nutrition. I provide evidence based and practical nutrition therapy to clients with Diabetes, Heart problems, GI conditions – IBS, Chron’s disease, Ulcerative colitis , gastroparesis and pre and post partum pregnancy. Being of Indian origin I have special expertise in tailoring nutrition interventions for the typical South Asian diet. I also specialize in interventions to suit vegan and vegetarian diets. My goal is to help my clients achieve their goals without compromising on the pleasures of food.

Tori Nelson is a registered dietitian focused on using her knowledge to help those dealing with gut dysfunction, auto-immune disease, and woman’s health and hormonal imbalances. Tori understands personally the negative impact gut dysfunction can have on someone. After personally suffering for too long with bowel irregularity, bloating, and more she was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. It has become her passion to help others suffering who are left with nowhere to turn. She believes that through the correct holistic and alternative therapies, you can uncover the root cause of dis-ease to heal and achieve long-term wellness.

She uses the most recent evidence-based research to provide individualized nutrition recommendations during pregnancy and motherhood. Rena takes a holistic approach to wellness during pregnancy and motherhood, integrating nutrition, and mindfulness practices to support your overall well-being. Rena is also a certified yoga instructor with ten years of experience teaching private, corporate, and pre- and postnatal yoga classes.

I am a Registered Dietitian and Lactation Specialist in Natick, MA and have been working with clients for over 16 years. My goal is to help you reach your health goals, "one bite at a time," by creating small goals that lead to sustainable changes. I am passionate about providing customized nutrition services with a realistic and empathetic approach, as I recognize we all have different needs, mindsets and lifestyles.

I am a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating and body image. I work from a weight neutral, non-diet approach and work towards intuitive eating whenever possible.

My primary goal: help you love food. I grew up in a household where food was fun, varied, and adventurous. My Mother was a home economics teacher turned preschool teacher. She taught me how to prepare food in fun ways and to be an adventurous eating. We learned to love food because it was good for our bodies AND because it tasted delicious!

I offer assistance with 12 step recovery programs, medication induced weight gain, complex issues involving: nutrition and pregnancy, breast feeding, cholesterol, blood pressure, heart related issues, and vegetarian nutrition. I also specialize in co-occurring mental illness and eating disorders or other medical issues. I have experience in geriatric and childhood psychiatric nutrition.
