I have been a licensed dietitian for over a year now and have worked in clinical and wellness settings. I enjoy building positive relationships with my clients and providing them with a unique and realistic plan that meets their nutritional needs. I have experience working with a variety of individuals with cardiovascular disease, allergies/intolerances, GI disorders, diabetes, autoimmune disorders/diseases, sports performance, and weight management.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who provides nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with disordered eating and eating disorders. I enjoy getting to know each client and working together to reach attainable, sustainable goals. I practice what I teach and I enjoy the reward of a healthy life. I enjoy hiking, biking and yoga as exercise. There is an activity for everyone (walking is a great one!). I also enjoy gardening and cooking (specialty with food hacks!).

Elisa Stegman is a Board Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her BS in Dietetics from Iowa State University and her MS in Clinical Nutrition from University of Wisconsin. Elisa is Chicago-based with several years of both pediatric and adult clinical experience at the University of Iowa and Lurie Children's hospitals. She is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and is also currently working toward a certificate in Integrative Functional Nutrition. Elisa believes in approaching health from a holistic perspective and the value of using food as medicine.

She completed her education at Mount Mary University and her clinical internship at Roger’s Behavioral Health, both in Wisconsin. Within her first year of being an RDN, Emily presented to over 100 RDNs in her state on the importance of weight inclusive care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading as many books as possible, and being a cat mom to her big cat (Blue) and little cat (Lilly).
