As a dietitian at Focus Integrative Centers, I work with individuals seeking to improve their health, by leaving behind disordered eating, restrictive dieting, & food rules in order to rediscover their intuition surrounding food & body. I take a non-diet approach with you, integrating intuitive eating & mindfulness in our counseling to help you build a healthy relationship w/ food. Whether you need an individualized meal plan, a safe space to discuss a disordered relationship with food, or simply meal preparation & grocery list ideas, together we can work on setting realistic goals to help you build a positive relationship w/ food.
I specialize in providing nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with eating disorders, disordered eating and weight or body image concerns, as well as, sports nutrition, women’s health/ hormonal issues, PCOS, and generalized lifestyle nutrition.
