About
I have a special interest in disordered eating and helping clients improve their relationship to food and their body, as well as managing Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Crohn's disease, child feeding, and other health concerns. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, and especially enjoy working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, BI&POC, and those with multiracial identities. I believe everybody deserves inclusive care that centers their lived experiences.
I bring warmth, gentle curiosity, and a Health at Every Size® (HAES®) approach to my nutrition counseling to create a nonjudgemental space. I strive to create a partnership with clients and empower them to be in the driver's seat on their journey to find peace with food.
If you're looking for a space where someone supports and understands you in your journey to make peace with food and body, please reach out. If you're unsure about what this work can look like, also reach out! I see clients virtually in various states on a case by case basis.
