At, Phoenix Nutrition, through assessment, education, and individualized planning within a trusting and supportive environment, you will experience your own renewal. I worked in the clinical setting for 15 years before starting my own practice. This experience gave me a wide breadth of knowledge in nutrition. It has also given me a firm belief that nutrition therapy needs to be individualized according to each person’s lifestyle, food preferences, and routines.
Nutrition Therapy will only be effective if it is supported by a nutritionist who is willing to remind, check in with, and encourage her clients in a supportive and judgement-free environment. I want to do this for you. I want to help you to “rise up to health.” I offer both in-person appointments at my office and telehealth, whatever works better for you!
