Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. She whole heartedly believes that food is information for our cells and what we eat is critical to how we reveal ourselves to the world.

Stephanie is a passionate Registered Dietitian who specializes in eating disorders and eating-related issues, including Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), as well as weight management and sports nutrition. Stephanie has additional experience treating gastrointestinal issues, diabetes management, cardiovascular health, and renal disease. She believes nutrition is integral in all aspects of one’s health and strives to understand her clients on an interpersonal level in order to assist them with their complex issues around food.

Hello! I have been practicing as a registered dietitian since 2015 and currently hold a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician certification. Greta is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s of Science in nutrition. Greta graduated from Saint Elizabeth’s University where she specialized in alternative nutrition approaches, medical nutrition therapy and motivational interviewing. Greta’s passion is helping adolescents and adults with eating disorders and related struggles such as body image, weight management, and self-esteem issues. She has additional experience working in a hospital setting providing nutrition education for clients with diabetes, renal issues, cardiovascular disease and gastrointestinal problems.

Karen provides personalized nutrition counseling and coaching for adults and adolescents interested in weight loss or simply adopting a healthier lifestyle. She specializes in weight management, menopausal and hormonal barriers to weight maintenance, GI disorders, disease prevention, and healthy meal planning. Through a counseling partnership, she works to uncover the nutrition-related causes of health imbalances and identify the lifestyle changes required to achieve individual goals.

Kristin specializes in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, PCOS, Digestive Conditions, IBS, Low FODMAP, Chron's, and Pre/Post Natal Nutrition. Kristin offers a positive approach to nutrition by focusing on building a healthy relationship with food, making lifestyle changes, goal setting and problem solving to overcome barriers. She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier life. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.
