We are a private nutrition practice accepting most commercial and medicaid insurances. Our practice philosophy is to provide quality, individualized nutrition counseling to all clients, regardless of income. Unlike some other nutrition practices, we do not sell any products, shakes, supplements or gadgets in the office. We provide you with a tailored-approach and customized meal plan. We can help you lose weight, eat more healthfully, gain more energy, manage diabetes, hypertension, IBS, or other conditions.

I have a Masters degree in nutrition and am a licensed and credentialed registered dietitian. I’m experienced in addressing nutritional needs for diverse populations; specifically infants, children, prenatal and postnatal care, and lactating people. I also have experience with managing and preventing diabetes. On a personal note, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes years ago and know too well the impact that a big health diagnosis can have on your life. Through this experience, I’ve understood the importance of being in touch with your food and wellbeing, and always checking nutrition labels!

I am a registered dietitian with over fifteen years experience. I became a RD to help people live their healthiest lives. My varied nutrition background helps me bring a unique view to working with clients. I have worked in hospitals, schools, food pantries, and in agriculture. I am a mom of three young kids and our family loves to stay active. Whether it is swimming in the summer (we're just outside of Chicago!), skiing/snowboarding in the winter, or family walks around our neighborhood, we like to keep busy! She holds a B.S. in Nutrition from NYU, a M.S in Nutrition and Physiology from Columbia University and a Doctorate in Health and Behavior Studies from Columbia University.
