I am a passionate dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator and strive to help others become their best self through nutrition and lifestyle changes. I work with clients with a variety of issues specializing in weight management, diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome, heart disease as well as pediatric nutrition. I believe in small changes can lead to huge health results and I'm with my clients every step of the way!

Growing up the daughter of athletic parents, I became interested in sports, wellness and nutrition at a young age. As a competitive gymnast and diver in college, I found it fascinating that what you ate could effect your sports performance. This lead me down the path to becoming a registered dietitian. I am passionate about helping people of all kinds meet their goals through nutrition and wellness and live a healthier life. Each client has their own personal plan that we devise together, so that it is something they can utilize long term.

Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. My goal is to help clients make peace with food. Whether you have been struggling with an eating disorder or are a mom looking to find peace at family meals, I am here to help. I have received specialized training in eating disorders, intuitive eating, women's health, pediatrics, and diabetes. I work with clients of all ages, including children who are picky eaters, adolescents with eating disorders or other nutrition concerns, and adults who are looking to improve their health and relationship with food.

Heather is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to help them heal their relationship with their body and food. She works with clients to facilitate changes that will improve overall quality of life. She believes that food and nutrition should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. Her own experiences have fueled her particular interest in intuitive eating, disordered eating and HAES aligned care. She loves working alongside clients to find creative ways to make food both nourishing and enjoyable.
