My name is Maureen Rieras and I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist licensed in the state of Maryland. I am a preferred provider for BCBS/CareFirst. My practice is rooted in treating the whole person. Food is fundamental to great health and there are other aspects that may need to be addressed as well. We’ll look at your lifestyle, sleep, exercise, relationships, work, and underlying health conditions. I strongly believe that “food is medicine” because what’s on the end of your fork has the power to heal your body. I also use herbs and supplements for specific conditions to facilitate healing and replenish the body.

Hello! My name is Gabby. I am a registered dietitian that works with clients in Maryland and virtually across the USA. I have lived with chronic illness since I was 14, which inspired me to get into the nutrition field. However, over the many years of my education, I developed a poor relationship with food and body image.

Brittany has extensive experience working in the field of pediatric nutrition. She received her B.S. in dietetics, with a minor in Spanish, from the University of Maryland. Brittany then went on to complete her dietetic internship from the National Institutes of Health, focusing on providing medical nutrition therapy to the pediatric population. She has served as a pediatric dietitian at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC for many years. Brittany is available to see pediatric patients in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area!

Vida is a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping others improve their relationship with food and their bodies through a weight inclusive and HAES approach. She combines her extensive knowledge base and compassionate nature to create a trusting, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients.

As a dietitian with a non-diet approach, my nutrition philosophy is rooted in intuitive eating, honoring our bodies, and experiencing joyful movement. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, she continued her education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro securing a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science.

I work exclusively with those affected by cancer - whether it's prevention, active treatment or cancer survivorship.
