I am a registered dietitian who specializes in anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder, bulimia, ARFID, orthorexia, and other specified feeding and eating disorders. I practice under the “Health At Every Size” (HAES) philosophy and understand that body size is not a determinant factor of health. By incorporating an “all foods fit” approach to eating, I work alongside my clients to understand and incorporate the benefits of a less restrictive, more inclusive and joyful approach to eating.
I help my clients explore relationships with food and body and how it affects our overall quality of life. I compassionately work with clients to find sustainable and flexible solutions to eating. I can utilize family involvement and Family Based Treatment with clients to help guide caregivers support their loved ones in eating disorder recovery.
