I use intuitive eating strategies to help my clients learn how to adequately fuel their body, learn to trust their body's internal cues of hunger and fullness and how to deal with their emotions without using food. I offer a non-judgmental and personal approach with all my clients and I am devoted to meeting my client's nutrition and exercise goals.
