Adena Is a Registered Dietitian who understands there is no “one-size fits all” when it comes to nutrition and takes pride in helping each patient develop a personalized plan that works for them. Adena focuses on balance through sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes vs. a strict dieting approach. I am a Massachusetts Chinese Medicine doc and Licensed Dietitian. I studied Functional Medicine before it became a buzzword 15+ years ago, although no longer use much expen$ive testing. I have a special interest in the areas of digestive issues such as bloating, gas, diarrhea, IBD, IBS, and reflux. I get outstanding results. I am also really good at using Chinese Medicine to successfully treat many gynecological issues such as heavy bleeding, menopausal symptoms, pain during periods, and irregular periods. In addition I have excellent results with autoimmune and other inflammatory diseases such as cardiovascular and diabetes.

Whether you are pregnant, post partum or have older children, food will always play a critical role. However, many people struggle with eating a balanced diet for a number of reasons. I focus one on one with patients to learn about your goals so we can comeup with a plan together that works best for you.

Kim Murachver, MS, RD, LDN, CDE is the founder and owner of Greene Nutrition. She is a registered dietitian/nutritionist, certified diabetes educator, and certified intuitive eating counselor. She believes that how we feed our body and our mind matters. She emphasizes foods that taste good and make you feel good, as well as the important of balance and self-compassion in all aspects of our life. She utilizes a non-diet approach/intuitive eating principles and her love of food and cooking in her practice to help bring joy back to the eating experience for her clients.
