Clients come to me for a wide range of issues, but mainly fatigue, weight loss, constipation, IBS, anxiety, mild depression, as well as women wanting to age healthily and feed their families well (i.e. nourishing food without stress!). We use tools such as my in-depth lab work analysis, visual meal planner with 1000s of recipes, voice chat in between sessions, personal cookbooks and more.

This means I don’t prescribe diets unless you have a medical condition that requires specific medical nutrition therapy.
