I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who provides nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with disordered eating and eating disorders. I truly enjoy helping and empowering those that are wanting to create a positive relationship with food and their body. My “no-diet” approach to health and wellness establishes the groundwork necessary to create lasting lifestyle changes and healthier habits. I take an inclusive approach to all foods and body types, providing my clients with a safe space to speak freely about their habits and the flexibility to create their own definitions of healthy.

I am a Clinical Functional Nutritionist with an MS in Nutrition and NBC-HWC. I practice evidence-based, whole-person functional nutrition medicine. Personalized and collaborative care is key to achieving long-term health and quality-of-life improvements through nutrition and lifestyle interventions. A thorough health history and goals intake is reviewed, with possible functional testing, and then nutrition and lifestyle recommendations are thoughtfully formulated. I am in-network with Aetna and pending more plans. A superbill may be provided with MD referral + ICD-10 code for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Telehealth only.
